Hockey
(again): Thanks to all of the girls who turned up
on Sunday afternoon. Despite the scoreline it's important to remember
we were playing a team who have trails and this was their top 6 players!
Apart from this we can only assume there are a whole bunch of people dying
to escape from Sutton Bonnington.
Hopefully we will have a team to put out next match- (so long as Adam
didn't give both teams alcohol poisoning on Wednesday night). Hope
to see you all there again on Sunday-a couple of guys too maybe?

Hockey: The first Hockey match will be this sunday
(23rd). Adam will be contacting any of you who wanted to play in the next
couple of days. If there is anyone who didnt put their name down at Freshers
Fayre but would like to play, contact Adam
ASAP.

Hockey: At the moment there are no hockey
fixtures to announce. Adam assures us that we will have some games in
the coming weeks, as soon as the league situation is sorted out. Apologies
to all those hoping to play-you will get your chance very shortly-please
send any complaints to Adam!
Social@Image Bar: Thanks to everyone who turned
up (including those of you from ChemSoc who decided to abandon your own
social!). We hope you all had a great night and didnt get as drunk and
embarrassing as most of the committee. Pictures will be up in the Gallery
soon so keep checking back. Apologies for the the
leak in the men's toilet-not a lot we could do with that one (a rare chance
to glimpse the luxury of the girls toilets). If
you have anything to say get posting on the Forum
(criticism welcome). Hope to see you all
again at the next one!

Football: Another thanks to all the guys who turned
up sunday morning. Apparently it was a good game despite each team only
having 6 players! I'm told the scoreline wasn't a fair reflection of the
game, so bad luck and lets make sure we beat Jubilee to get a few more
points on the board.
Thu, 13/10/05 20:55
Freshers Fayre: Thanks to everyone who signed up.
We now have over 200 members with 140 of you buying tickets for the first

Sports: Another thanks to those of you who expressed
an interest in representing the society in the football or hockey teams.
Adam will be contacting you all soon to let you know further details.
