TRAINING SESSIONS
Although we have dozens of race events throughout the year, we appreciate that in order to succeed in these competitions, a good training schedule is important. We therefore host seven sessions a week during term time, ranging from short and fast interval sessions to long runs of 8 miles plus. On the right we have our training schedule. Please note that this may change some weeks depending on exam time and availability of committee members to run the sessions. As a member of the club, you will receive e-mails each week detailing the training sessions planned and can also keep up to date by joining the NUAC facebook page.
